DEPOSIT & PAYMENT POLICY

All hunts require a $350 or $500.00 deposit to book your dates (depending on the hunt fee). We accept cash, cashier checks, PayPal, Venmo or major credit cards (3.5% fee applies). The remainder of your balance is to be paid in full, 7 days prior to your hunt. ALL DEPOSITS are non refundable. The remaining balance of your hunt, if canceled within 7 days of your scheduled hunt will be refunded to you if you can not make the hunt due to unforeseen circumstances. If you can not make your hunt due to unforeseen circumstances, we ask that you find someone to fill your spot or we can re-schedule your hunt for a later date or following hunting year - rolling over the hunt fee to a new scheduled hunt date.
